Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Hunecke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunecke is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Indestructible. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunecke fails to land with a series of punches.
Balboa wants to clinch.

Balboa clinches with his opponent.

Balboa tries for a takedown. No joy.

Balboa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A punch combination from Hunecke misses.
Balboa lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Kyle Hunecke has been cut.
Hunecke misses with a double jab.
Balboa avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hunecke looks to score with a jab to the body but Balboa is just out of range.
Balboa uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hunecke has time to react.
Balboa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hunecke tries to avoid it but Balboa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hunecke to the ground. Hunecke escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hunecke misses with the combination.
Rocky Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hunecke falls off balance throwing a combination
and Balboa counters with a stiff right hand.
Hunecke keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocky Balboa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hunecke swats away the attempt to clinch by Balboa.
Hunecke takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The fighters circle momentarily. Balboa darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Balboa dips to his left and cracks Hunecke with an uppercut!
Hunecke avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Horrible takedown by Balboa or perhaps it was just good defense by Hunecke which made him look bad.
Balboa paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hunecke moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hunecke looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Balboa closes the distance and clinches.
Hunecke is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hunecke can't break the clinch.
Balboa can't get the takedown.
Balboa wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Balboa misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Hunecke.
Balboa will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Hunecke up against the cage.
Hunecke has had enough of the clinch but Balboa keeps him there for the moment.
Hunecke wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Balboa has him pressed against the cage.

Balboa manages to break the clinch.

Balboa shoots in and drives through. Hunecke sprawls well.
