Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacob King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Galt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Galt has chosen State of the Union by Rise Against as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Galt thuds his right hand into King's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The fight stays on the outside here - Galt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

King takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Galt can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jacob King will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

King is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jacob King.
