Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frederick Kromer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregory Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kromer comes into the arena with Cold As Ice blaring out of the sound system. Gregory Silva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kromer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silva was well out of range. Poor timing from Kromer.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kromer as he jumps to the side.

Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kromer sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Kromer is trying to get back to full guard.

Silva sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Silva pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Silva goes for an armbar but Kromer turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Kromer.

Silva throws some wild stikes that Kromer manages to avoid easily.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva dives in and grabs Kromer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kromer pushes down on Silva's head and hops out.
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kromer but Kromer pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Kromer comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kromer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.
Kromer keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Some bone on bone action there as Kromer checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Frederick Kromer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Kromer sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Frederick Kromer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gregory Silva.
Silva has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kromer finds it's way round the side to connect with Silva's head.
Kromer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Kromer.

Frederick Kromer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A nice combination there by Kromer.
Kromer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Silva stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Silva chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kromer can pounce on him.
Kromer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Kromer lands with a thumping leg kick.
Kromer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kromer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

A nice leg kick lands there from Kromer.
Kromer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.
Silva takes a jab right on the kisser.

Kromer clinches.
Silva is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kromer pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kromer walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Silva walks into a stiff left hand from Kromer.
Silva takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Kromer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.

Silva fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Frederick Kromer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gregory Silva.
Kromer lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Gregory Silva has been cut.
Silva steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Kromer. That one must have hurt.

Silva tries for a takedown but Kromer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Silva takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Crunch! Kromer slams his shin into Silva's torso.
Kromer digs a good body shot into Silva's ribs.
Kromer is looking to wear down Silva with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Kromer lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A punch combination from Kromer misses.

Kromer lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kromer throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kromer, as that shot connected.
Kromer ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
