The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tankov pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Tankov tries to land a front kick but Turner steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Turner avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Turner swats away the attempt to clinch by Tankov.
Tankov throws a front kick aimed at Turner's knee but Turner avoids it well.

A nice leg kick lands there from Tankov.

A looping hook to the body misses from Turner. Tankov does a little dance to reset his feet.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Turner checks a leg kick.
Tankov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A lull in the action here as Turner stalls from top position.
Tankov parries the strikes from Turner easily there. Turner is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Tankov to escape.

Turner swings around for an armbar but Tankov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Turner's guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tankov wants to control from the top but Turner keeps moving.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Adis Tankov just wasn't active enough.
Tankov tries to close the distance and clinch but Turner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tankov throws a sloppy head kick and Turner moves out of range easily.

Turner is breathing heavily.
Turner circles away from the clinch attempt.
Turner stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Tankov.
Turner has his takedown stuffed
and Tankov counters with a head kick. That will keep Turner thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Tankov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Turner tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Tankov is in Turner's guard.
Turner controls Tankov momentarily but Tankov frees himself.
Tankov advances position into side control!

Tankov has an Americana. Turner didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Tankov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Tankov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
