Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Lupe circles away from the clinch attempt.
Foster throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lupe.
Foster tries to clinch up but Lupe circles away and keeps his distance.
Lupe lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foster circles away quickly and effectively.

Horrible takedown by Foster or perhaps it was just good defense by Lupe which made him look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Foster lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lupe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lupe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Lupe counters with a series of strikes. Foster will be more careful next time no doubt.
Lupe throws a nice looking combination but Foster bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lupe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Foster throws out the jab.

Foster is trying desperately to land a takedown but Lupe is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Foster.

That has opened up Ben Foster's cut even more.
Ben Foster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donk. Lupe catches Foster right on the button with a cross.
Lupe lands a hook that stumbles Foster back into the cage. Lupe follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Foster to the canvas! Lupe pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Foster has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
