Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boudreaux Godeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godeaux's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Battle Ready. Po comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Skrypture - Look kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! James Po told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godeaux takes a swing at Po's ribcage but misses.
Po is looking to chop away at Godeaux's legs.
Po throws a hook but Godeaux avoids it easily.
Po tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Godeaux manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Po will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Godeaux throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Po sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Po fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Godeaux checks it well.

Po tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Godeaux paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Po tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Godeaux.
Godeaux is doing well to control the position and prevent Po from advancing to side control.

Godeaux closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Godeaux is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Po is just riding it out for now. Godeaux eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

I would just about give that final round to James Po.
