Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Striker comes to the ring accompanied by Indestructible By Disturbed. Kidd has chosen Out of touch as his entrance music. Gabriel Striker has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gabriel Striker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tyson Kidd!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kidd fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Striker wants to clinch.
Striker has his takedown stuffed

and Kidd counters with a single leg into guard. Striker didn't expect that.
Kidd lands a couple of digs.

Kidd drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Striker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kidd has Striker in his guard.
Striker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Striker throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Striker with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Kidd pulls Striker in to control the position.
Striker trying to stand up but can't free himself from Kidd's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kidd is on top in guard.

Kidd missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Kidd is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Striker keeping moving, preventing Kidd from controlling successfully.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Tyson Kidd wasn't active enough on the ground.

Kidd drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Striker is breathing heavily.
Kidd grinds an elbow into Striker's temple.
Striker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kidd creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Striker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Striker taking punishment in the form of punches.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Kidd is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Striker is trying to escape and Kidd transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Striker is forced to tap! Nice work there by Kidd! Very nice indeed!
