Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Georges Lamont!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dylan Nash!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lamont shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lamont was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Nash is wriggling around trying to escape.

Lamont looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Nash throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Lamont with the ground and pound from mount.
Lamont looking to ground and pound but Nash is blocking nicely.
Nash is looking to improve his position but Lamont isn't that keen on the idea.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Nash takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Nash is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Nash is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lamont looking to finish with strikes here!

Nash is looking to get to half guard.
Poor strikes thrown by Lamont there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Lamont lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Nash hang on?
Nash working to try and regain half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Nash slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Lamont is breathing heavily.
Nash wants to get back to full guard.
Lamont throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The fighters are battling for position here. Nash manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Nash is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Nash looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lamont preventing the sweep.

Lamont throws a big right hand that misses.
Nash keeping full guard, as Lamont tries to pass.
Nash working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lamont.
Lamont is working Nash over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Lamont is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Nash has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lamont is looking to defend but Nash has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lamont! Nash pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lamont taps out and this one is all over!
