The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Killmister. No joy for Kalmakoura on that attempt.
Kalmakoura shoots in but Killmister avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Kalmakoura shoots in and bounces Killmister off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Kalmakoura drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kalmakoura jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Killmister escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kalmakoura gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Killmister had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Kalmakoura is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Killmister Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Kalmakoura's back instead.

Kalmakoura will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Killmister has his foot on Kalmakoura's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kalmakoura works his way back into a safe position though.

Killmister is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kalmakoura has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Killmister is looking to defend but Kalmakoura has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Killmister! Kalmakoura pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Killmister taps out and this one is all over!
