Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arthur Pendragon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Michael Nichols!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nichols tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pendragon was well out of range. Poor timing from Nichols.
Nichols misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nichols tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nichols throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A combination from Nichols does no damage.
Nichols misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pendragon plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Michael Nichols has been cut.
Pendragon lands a head kick. Nichols smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Pendragon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nichols throws a lazy head kick
and Pendragon counters with a good, hard body kick but Nichols shrugs it off.
Nichols looks gassed!
Pendragon tries a head kick but it misses.
Nichols has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pendragon goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

That has opened up Michael Nichols's cut even more.
Nichols should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Pendragon throws a leg kick which misses Nichols's front leg but catches the back leg as Nichols tries to avoid it.

Pendragon closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Nichols did well to prevent Pendragon getting side control.
Pendragon wants to stand up but Nichols has a hold of him and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pendragon stands up out of the half guard.
Pendragon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Pendragon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nichols counters with a head kick. That will keep Pendragon thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Pendragon's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Pendragon duly obliges.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nichols ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pendragon moves away.
Pendragon fails to land with a series of punches.
Pendragon misses with a two punch combination.
Michael Nichols seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nichols has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Both fighters circling a little - Pendragon finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Pendragon looks to land a combination. Nichols sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
A right-left combo lands from Pendragon.

The cut above Michael Nichols's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Pendragon forces Nichols back against the cage and clinches.

Pendragon manages to break the clinch.
A nice leg kick lands there from Pendragon.
Pendragon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pendragon throws a series of punches but Nichols moves out of range.
Pendragon lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Michael Nichols's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Pendragon throws a head kick but Nichols moves out of range.
Pendragon throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nichols's head.
Pendragon scores with a nice body kick.
