Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Flintstone sprawls well. Flintstone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Flintstone moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.

Flintstone throws a right and a left that both miss.
Flintstone fails with an attempt to clinch.
Flintstone takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Flintstone throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Silva has Flintstone pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Flintstone manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Silva wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ed Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silva has Flintstone pressed against the cage, preventing Flintstone from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Silva breaks from the clinch.
Flintstone clinches but Silva breaks the clinch

and Silva moves into the clinch.
Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Flintstone walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Flintstone darts in trying to clinch

and Silva counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Silva.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Flintstone is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Flintstone seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Silva won't allow Flintstone to pass to mount.
Silva is looking to escape.
Flintstone wants to pass the guard but Silva is defending well.

Flintstone thows an elbow strike that misses. Silva gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Flintstone doesn't seem too bothered but Silva quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Flintstone is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Flintstone really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
