Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josh Albert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and roy bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). bull has chosen do it as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Albert!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, roy bull!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albert getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Albert misses the jab.

bull ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
bull on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Albert. Albert obviously looking to wear him down.
Albert throws out a loose jab but bull uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Albert scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

roy bull seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Josh Albert will probably get the nod.

Albert lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
