Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fiodor Stavrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Bronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bronson has chosen Im gonna fuck you up! as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Stavrov throws a strike but Bronson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Bronson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Stavrov sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Stavrov can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bronson is looking to escape.
Stavrov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Stavrov misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Stavrov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bronson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bronson suckers Stavrov into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Bronson is now in Stavrov's guard!

Stavrov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bronson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
