Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Veliki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christoph Stenner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stenner has chosen Escapado - Freiraum as his entrance music. Christoph Stenner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stenner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Veliki tries to avoid it but Stenner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Veliki to the ground. Veliki escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Stenner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Veliki enables Stenner to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Veliki manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Veliki on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Veliki tries to get out of the position.
Veliki is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Stenner drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Veliki gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Stenner looks gassed!

Veliki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Veliki stuffs the takedown.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stenner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Veliki lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Stenner!

Veliki is working for a guillotine from mount but Stenner frees his head quite easily.

Stenner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Veliki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Veliki seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Stenner for as long as he can get away with.
