Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Lil Wayne- I'm Me. Rua is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sail. Michael Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mauricio Rua's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Mauricio Rua has been cut.
Silva tries to clinch but Rua is having none of it.
Silva on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
A right-left combo lands from Rua.
Mauricio Rua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rua wants to clinch
letting Silva counter with a right hand.
Good exchange - Rua coming out on top.
Rua closes the distance but Silva moves to the side
and Silva counters with a straight right hand.
Silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Rua scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Silva doesn't seem bothered though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rua tries to clinch up
and Silva counters with a nice low kick that buckles Rua's knee momentarily.
A left lands for Silva.
Rua tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Silva makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Rua really felt that one!
Silva defending well as Rua loads up on a big left hand.
Rua digs a good hook to Silva's body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rua looks to land a left hand but Silva moved out of range nicely.
Rua wants to clinch but Silva slips to the side
and Silva counters by moving into the clinch.
Rua manages to break the clinch.
Rua closes the distance looking to clinch
and Silva counters by clinching up.
Silva lands a knee to the body.
Rua can't break the clinch.
Silva effectively controlling the action here.
Silva lands a knee to the head.
Rua is rocked!
Rua looks gassed!
Rua wants to break the clinch but can't.
Silva working the clinch nicely. Rua is working for position but Silva cracks him with a big knee to the head! Rua crumples up against the cage and Silva lands two more shots before the ref can save Rua! This one is all over!
