Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Demian Gaea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gavin Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gaea comes to the cage accompanied by Gangsta. Douglas has chosen Drowning Pool - Step up as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaea shoots in but Douglas avoids the takedown attempt easily.
No luck for Gaea with that takedown attempt.
Gaea misses with a few strikes there.
Demian Gaea seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gaea escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Douglas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Gaea has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Douglas is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gaea.
