Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anatolii Kharlampiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Fernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kharlampiev might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sambo Frustration. Victor Fernandez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anatolii Kharlampiev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Victor Fernandez!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kharlampiev keeps the fight on the outside.

Fernandez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kharlampiev, pushing him back against the cage.

Kharlampiev is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Fernandez can't fight it off and eventually Kharlampiev manages to take the fight to the floor. Fernandez looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kharlampiev has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Fernandez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kharlampiev can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
A frustrated look appears on Fernandez's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Fernandez drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kharlampiev gets the underhooks and prevents it.
