Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carwin comes to the ring accompanied by Where da hood at!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carwin gets caught flat footed, as Johnson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Carwin is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Johnson postures up.
Carwin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Johnson kicks Carwin off and gets back to his feet.
Johnson shoots for a takedown but Carwin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Carwin lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Carwin throws a series of punches but Johnson moves out of range.
Johnson fails with the takedown.
Johnson walks into a left hand.

Johnson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Carwin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Johnson wants to control from the top but Carwin keeps moving.

Carwin is trying to control the position from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Johnson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Carwin sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Brock Carwin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charles Johnson.
Carwin lands a glancing blow to the side of Johnson's head.
Carwin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Johnson.
Sloppy strikes from Carwin. Those never looked like landing.
Johnson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Carwin defends it nicely.
Johnson misses with a takedown attempt - Carwin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Charles Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Johnson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carwin is fending him off so far but Johnson persists. Nope, Carwin circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnson looks gassed!
Johnson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carwin scores with a jab.
A nice combination there by Carwin.
Carwin Rushes Johnson and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Johnson is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Carwin Piles on the pressure and Johnson crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
