The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruskea keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from LaVictorie.
LaVictorie tries to bum rush Ruskea with a series of wild strikes but Ruskea uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

LaVictorie looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Ruskea tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

LaVictorie is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

and Ruskea counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Ruskea seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but LaVictorie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Ruskea's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
LaVictorie is trying to defend against the choke here but Ruskea has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Ruskea Tightens the hold and LaVictorie taps out furiously! Ruskea displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
