Mayne has chosen Suikoden 2 OST (the entire thing) as his entrance music. Mayger Mayne is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nalaban blocks a jab.
Nice jab there from Mayne.
Nalaban keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Mayne misses with a wild body shot.
Nalaban stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nalaban wants it to stay on the feet.
Mayne shoots in for a takedown but Nalaban shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A slow jab from Nalaban misses its intended target.
Mayne throws an overhand right that lands on Nalaban's shoulder, as Nalaban tries to avoid the shot.
Nalaban lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Nalaban lands a left and a right that send Mayne crashing to the mat, dazed. Nalaban thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Mayne is rocked!

It looks like Mayger Mayne has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nalaban finds Mayne's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Mayne flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Nalaban lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Mayne will be OK.
