Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dejong Brong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gray McKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brong throws a head kick but McKenzie moves out of range.
Brong pulls out of a head kick attempt.

McKenzie scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
McKenzie blocks a head kick by Brong.

McKenzie closes the distance and clinches.
Brong tries to pull guard but McKenzie holds him up against the cage and eventually Brong drops back down to his feet.
Brong jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McKenzie walks away with a smile on his face. Brong gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

McKenzie has hold of one of Brong's legs. Brong is fighting the takedown attempt but McKenzie gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
