PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Haymaker Salcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Willian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salcon's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Basshunter - Now You're Gone. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salcon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Willian but Willian pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Salcon is looking to clinch.
Willian tries to bum rush Salcon with a series of wild strikes but Salcon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Salcon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Salcon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Willian but Willian pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Willian looks to land a combination. Salcon sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Salcon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Haymaker Salcon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Salcon has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Willian is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Salcon.

Willian has an Americana. Salcon didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Willian is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Willian hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
