Suarus is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Not Afraid - Eminem. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laitela changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Laitela.
Laitela wants to lay and pray for a moment but Suarus keeps working.
Laitela passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Suarus!
Laitela looking for a guillotine from mount but Suarus is having none of it.
Suarus tries to hold on but Laitela postures up.

Suarus can't escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Laitela tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Suarus is squirming around, avoiding Laitela's attempts to control the action.
Laitela throwing strikes here but Suarus is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Laitela is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Suarus sees it coming and defends easily.
Suarus moves into full guard.
Laitela stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Suarus swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Laitela is working hard here to advance position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ismo Laitela wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Laitela is trying to move to mount but Suarus reverses beautifully and ends up in Laitela's guard.
Laitela escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Suarus gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Suarus is posturing up here but Laitela has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Suarus tries to roll out but it's too tight and Suarus has to tap! Slick submission there by Laitela!
