The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
outen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Frend avoids it really well and circles away.
outen shoots in but no luck this time.
outen swats away the attempt to clinch by Frend.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from outen is defended easily by Frend.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for bas outen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
outen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
outen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
outen shoots in but no luck this time.
Frend defends well against a solid takedown attempt from outen.
Frend tries to close the distance and clinch but outen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Frend throws a nice looking combination but outen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Seylotoma Frend seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
outen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Frend throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
outen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Frend tries to close the distance and clinch but outen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
outen is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Frend.

outen looks to throw an elbow but misses.

outen goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Frend misses with a double jab.
outen shoots in looking for a takedown. Frend tries to sprawl out of it but outen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Frend manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice takedown defense from Frend. No joy for outen on that attempt.

outen lands a body punch.
outen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Frend tries to keep at a distance but outen has taken the fight into the clinch.

outen misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Frend.
outen is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Frend pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Frend pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sloppy strikes from Frend. Those never looked like landing.
Frend Rushes outen and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! outen is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Frend Piles on the pressure and outen crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
