Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Beneteau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edwardson George (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). George has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Bruce Beneteau has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
George looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Beneteau scores with a takedown into George's guard.
Beneteau postures up in George's guard and throws a big left but George blocks it.

George closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Beneteau lands a straight punch to the body, keeping George at a distance.
Beneteau cracks George with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Beneteau really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Beneteau is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Beneteau extends the arm and George is forced to tap!
