The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higastsui uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Teppo.
Teppo Teppo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Higastsui displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Teppo.
Higastsui defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Teppo.
Higastsui lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Teppo at a distance.

Teppo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Higastsui has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Teppo is looking to defend but Higastsui has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Teppo! Higastsui pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Teppo taps out and this one is all over!
