PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thor Odinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Odinson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Amon Amarth - Twilight of The Thunder God. Joe Goldberg has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Thor Odinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joe Goldberg!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Odinson blocks a head kick by Goldberg.
Goldberg fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Odinson checks it well.

Odinson shoots in and bounces Goldberg off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Goldberg tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Odinson cranks the arm and Goldberg screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Goldberg, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
