Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Doctor Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trujillo Youngblood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones's entrance music is Doctor Jones. A fine choice. Youngblood has chosen Welcome to the Jungle as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Youngblood throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Youngblood does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Jones throws an overhand right that lands on Youngblood's shoulder, as Youngblood tries to avoid the shot.
Jones throws the left hand but Youngblood avoids the punch easily.

Youngblood sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Jones has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

A clash of legs there as Jones blocks the low kick.
Jones throws a good cross that connects.
Youngblood throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones shoots in looking for a takedown. Youngblood tries to sprawl out of it but Jones keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Youngblood manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jones tries to clinch up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones looks to land a combination but Youngblood avoids it well.
Jones avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Youngblood tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Youngblood to the ground. Youngblood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jones thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Youngblood if he has to take too many more of those.

Trujillo Youngblood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Youngblood takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Jones shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jones was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Oooooh, big shot lands for Jones! Youngblood is hurt baaadly! Jones is firing away with more strikes - Youngblood is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
