Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Harry Bosch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Thomson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bosch comes to the cage accompanied by Run This Town. Jason Thomson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomson throws an overhand right that lands on Bosch's shoulder, as Bosch tries to avoid the shot.
Thomson throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Thomson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Thomson throws a right hand that Bosch ducks under and follows up with a left that Bosch also avoids with ease.

Bosch throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Thomson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bosch is in Thomson's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Harry Bosch.
