The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bullard sprawls well. Bullard wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McKy gets slowly back to his feet.
McKy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bullard is fending him off so far but McKy persists. Nope, Bullard circles away and we're back to standing.

Justin Bullard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of wacky McKy.

Bullard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McKy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Bullard throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McKy.
Bullard lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
McKy shoots in for a takedown but Bullard shows good takedown defense.
McKy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bullard avoids it really well and circles away.
McKy looks gassed!
Bullard lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McKy tries to move into range but Bullard moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Bullard looks to land a combination but McKy avoids it well.
Bullard is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Bullard bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McKy's head.

McKy is rocked!
Bullard throws an uppercut from hell that sends McKy clean off his feet! He's out cold! Bullard stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
