The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karim tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sabie swivels and escapes.
Karim chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sabie can pounce on him.
Sabie buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Karim moves out of range as Sabie throws a body kick.
Karim fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Karim fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mat Karim. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Karim steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Sabie. That one must have hurt.
Karim is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sabie lands with a good body shot.
Sabie lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sabie lands a leg kick that knocks Karim off balance momentarily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Sabie. That's going to slow Karim down.
Karim on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Oooooh!!! Sabie has knocked Karim down with a huge combo! Sabie steps away and waves a wobbly Karim back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Karim is rocked!

It looks like Mat Karim has been cut.
Sabie throws a pinpoint strike between Karim's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Karim crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Sabie scores a great knockout victory!
