Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boog Luger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Fraizer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fraizer scores with a jab to the body.
Fraizer shoots in and drives through. Luger sprawls well.

Fraizer closes the distance and clinches.
Fraizer stalling against the cage.
Luger lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Nice body punch from Luger - that landed with a thud.
Luger misses with a punch to the body.

Fraizer wants to break the clinch but can't.

Luger misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fraizer.
Luger tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Fraizer makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Fraizer scores with a hook to the body. Luger takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fraizer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Luger closes the distance looking to clinch

and Fraizer counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
A frustrated look appears on Fraizer's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Luger jumps guard but Fraizer stands there with Luger around his waist. Luger gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Luger can't get the takedown.
Luger is breathing heavily.
Fraizer wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Fraizer tries to land knees in the clinch but Luger avoids the damage to the body.

The crowd are getting on Fraizer's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jimmy Fraizer.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fraizer.
Boog Luger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Fraizer.
Fraizer will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Luger holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Fraizer tries to circle away but Luger has him pinned against the cage.

Fraizer tries to land knees in the clinch but Luger avoids the damage to the body.

Luger manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Fraizer wants to stand and escape but instead Luger has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Luger's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Boog Luger wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Luger closes the distance but Fraizer moves to the side
and Fraizer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Luger takes the fight into the clinch.
Fraizer managing to block the knees to the body from Luger.
Fraizer displaying some good clinch control by pressing Luger up against the cage.
Luger is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Fraizer is defending well for now.
Luger fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Luger tries a knee to the head but Fraizer blocks it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fraizer is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Luger is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Luger pulls Fraizer in close to his closed guard and prevents Fraizer from doing any damage or advancing position.
Luger looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Boog Luger just wasn't active enough.
Fraizer thows a leg kick but Luger checks it
and Luger counters with a three punch combo that has Fraizer backing up. Fraizer nods at Luger to acknowledge the strikes.
Boog Luger is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Fraizer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Luger misses with a two punch combination.
Fraizer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Luger tries to clinch there but Fraizer circles away.
Luger looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fraizer is fending him off so far but Luger persists. Nope, Fraizer circles away and we're back to standing.

Luger closes the distance and clinches.
Luger misses with a punch on the inside.
Luger lands a shoulder strike.
Fraizer on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Fraizer has Luger pushed against the cage.
Luger throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fraizers head.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fraizer can do anything to dispel that myth.
Luger slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Fraizer looking to control.
Fraizer has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Luger has passed into side control.
Luger happy to just control the position for now.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Luger tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Luger stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Fraizer stuffs the takedown attempt from Luger. Luger gets slowly back to his feet.

and Fraizer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fraizer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Luger manages to avoid it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fraizer.
Fraizer has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Luger has Fraizer up against the cage in a clinch.
Fraizer is trying to push Luger away but Luger has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Luger throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Luger looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Luger fails with a takedown attempt.

Fraizer thows a body shot but no joy.
Fraizer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fraizer is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Luger.
