Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, David Schapiro and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanson throws a hook but Mononen blocks it.
Hanson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mononen sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mononen connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Mononen defending well as Hanson loads up on a big left hand.
Hanson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hanson has Mononen up against the cage in a clinch.
Hanson misses with the head strike.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hanson.
Hanson scores with a shot to the side of Mononen's head.
Hanson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Mononen regains guard immediately.
Hanson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Hanson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Mononen's head.
Mononen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Hanson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Mononen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hanson.

Hanson stands up and waves to Mononen to follow him.
Hanson rushes Mononen and presses him up against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Hanson fails to land.
Hanson lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Mononen is trying to break free.
Mononen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hanson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mononen!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mononen tries to hold on but Hanson postures up.
Mononen wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Hanson.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hanson unloads with some shots from mount but Mononen bucks and avoids them well.
Hanson lands a big elbow.
Hanson sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Hanson looking to finish with strikes here!
Mononen is trying desperately to improve position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hanson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hanson throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hanson raining down shots from the mount!
Hanson lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mononen hang on?
Mononen is rocked!
Mononen is trying desperately to improve position.
Hanson postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mononen in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mononen to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
