The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ROCK shoots in and drives through. Sladkov sprawls well.
ROCK tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sladkov swivels and escapes.
ROCK looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for JAMES ROCK. That's going to take a lot out of him.
ROCK is breathing heavily.
ROCK fails with a takedown attempt.
Sladkov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Sladkov lands a big right hand that sends ROCK crashing to the mat! Sladkov stays standing though and waves ROCK back to his feet!

It looks like JAMES ROCK has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sladkov throws an uppercut from hell that sends ROCK clean off his feet! He's out cold! Sladkov stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
