Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ano Aukanaii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banner kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is xavier rudd - energy song. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner throws out a loose jab but Aukanaii uses good head movement to avoid it.
Nice sprawl there from Aukanaii as Banner shoots in.
Banner stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Aukanaii.
Banner throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Aukanaii fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Banner is out of range.
Banner tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aukanaii was well out of range. Poor timing from Banner.
Aukanaii loads up on a big right hand but Banner slips the punch.
Aukanaii misses the body punch
and Banner counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Banner landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Banner working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Banner wants to control but Aukanaii is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Banner wants to work for an arm triangle but Aukanaii is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Banner is trying to control. Aukanaii wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Aukanaii is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Banner pulls his head out easily.
Banner is keen to just control but Aukanaii is a slippery customer.
Banner is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Aukanaii doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Banner.

Banner is trying to control the action in half guard but Aukanaii is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Aukanaii has his foot on Banner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Banner works his way back into a safe position though.
Banner thows a big elbow that misses.
Banner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Banner lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Aukanaii is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Banner frees his head nicely. Oh but Aukanaii has switched to an armbar! Banner is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
