Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hessu Hopo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Vetchnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopo comes to the cage accompanied by Bodies. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Alex Vetchnikov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vetchnikov looks to throw the jab but Hopo is out of range.
Vetchnikov throws a hook to the side of Hopo's head but Hopo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Vetchnikov misses with a straight left.
A telegraphed right hand from Vetchnikov misses the target.
Vetchnikov is looking to clinch.
Hopo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Vetchnikov defends it nicely.
Good standup being displayed there by Vetchnikov as he connects with a hook.
Vetchnikov wants to clinch up but Hopo keeps it at a distance.
Nice defenses there by Hopo.
Vetchnikov thuds his right hand into Hopo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vetchnikov tries to clinch there but Hopo circles away.
Hopo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Vetchnikov.

Vetchnikov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vetchnikov wants it to stay on the feet.
Vetchnikov lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Oooooh!!! Vetchnikov has knocked Hopo down with a huge combo! Vetchnikov steps away and waves a wobbly Hopo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Hopo is rocked!
It looks like Hessu Hopo has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vetchnikov wants to clinch up but Hopo keeps it at a distance.

Vetchnikov misses with a straight right.
Hopo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vetchnikov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A swing and a miss from Vetchnikov.
Hopo fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hessu Hopo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hopo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vetchnikov.

Hopo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Vetchnikov.
Vetchnikov throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hopo is breathing heavily.
Hopo slips under a jab from Vetchnikov.
Alex Vetchnikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vetchnikov tries to close the distance and clinch but Hopo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A left lands for Vetchnikov.
Vetchnikov might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Hopo misses the body punch
and Vetchnikov counters with a straight right hand.

Vetchnikov misses with a hook. Hopo ducked under it nicely.
Vetchnikov misses with an uppercut.
Hopo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vetchnikov.
Vetchnikov sends Hopo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Vetchnikov is motioning to the referee to let Hopo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Hopo is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Vetchnikov doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Hopo crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Hopo's bad books for that mishap!
