The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christo thuds his right hand into Poporov's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Christo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Poporov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Christo.
Christo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Poporov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Christo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Poporov shoots in looking for a takedown but Christo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Poporov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Christo connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Poporov to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Christo!
