The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Texteruope tries to close the distance and clinch but Lauvao swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Texteruope tries to clinch but Lauvao moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Texteruope looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Texteruope tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Lauvao paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lauvao dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Texteruope throws a hook to the side of Lauvao's head but Lauvao sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Texteruope fails in his attempt to clinch.

Texteruope tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Lauvao manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lauvao thows a left - swing and a miss!

Lauvao drops Texteruope with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Texteruope looks back up at him and smiles so Lauvao waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Texteruope is still on wobbly legs! Can Lauvao finish him?
Lauvao dances in with a quick combination. Texteruope is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Lauvao snaps Texteruope's head back. Texteruope stumbles backwards against the ropes. Lauvao steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Texteruope's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Texteruope just didn't come prepared.
