Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Tully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Grimes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tully comes into the arena with Motorhead- Ace of Spades blaring out of the sound system. Tommy Tully could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jesse Grimes's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tully shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Grimes but Grimes pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Grimes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tully swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tully lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Grimes is rocked!
Tully avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Grimes is still on wobbly legs! Can Tully finish him?
Tully shoots for a takedown but Grimes saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Grimes seems to have recovered his senses.

Tully closes the distance and clinches up with Grimes, looking for a takedown. Tully pushes Grimes against the cage but Grimes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tully misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tully tries to clinch up but Grimes circles away and keeps his distance.
Tully closes this distance looking for a takedown but Grimes circles away.
Tully scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Tully tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Grimes swivels and escapes.
Grimes walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tully checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Grimes takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Tully is breathing heavily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tully darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Grimes tries to work over Tully's front leg with a kick but Tully checks it.
Tully fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Grimes wants to clinch.
Grimes throws a solid leg kick but Tully takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Grimes.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Grimes tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Tully's elbow.

Grimes works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grimes working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Grimes lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Tully has momentary wrist control but Grimes slips an elbow through the middle.

Grimes prevents Tully from getting back to his feet.
Grimes has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Tully lands with a big right hook that stumbles Grimes - he's out on his feet here! Tully follows up with another monster hook that separates Grimes from consciousness! Grimes falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Tully stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
