The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt tries to close the distance and clinch but Vasilenko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hunt goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Hunt looks to land a combination but Vasilenko avoids it well.
The fighters circling - Hunt throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vasilenko lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hunt circles away quickly and effectively.
Vasilenko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hunt throws a wild body kick that Vasilenko sees coming a mile off.
Hunt avoids the head kick by Vasilenko.
Hunt pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hunt looks for the body kick but Vasilenko saw that one coming.
Hunt throws a body kick that misses.

Vasilenko shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Vasilenko lands a big shot there that rocks Hunt but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Hunt takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Vasilenko's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
