Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andy Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fyodor Pending (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Pending trying to control but Pain postures up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pain thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Pending has his foot on Pain's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pain works his way back into a safe position though.

Pain drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pain jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Pain got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pending has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pain has managed to get both his arms back between Pending's legs - danger averted.

Pain is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pending is just riding it out for now. Pain eventually gives up the hold.

Pain will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Pain hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
