Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vito Scaletti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Strodov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scaletti's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The XX - Intro . Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scaletti gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Strodov to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Strodov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Scaletti looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Scaletti looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Scaletti!
Scaletti cracks Strodov with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Scaletti could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Scaletti tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Strodov tries to bench press Scaletti off him but Scaletti keeps the position.

Scaletti thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Scaletti wants to control but Strodov is keeping him busy.

Scaletti tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Scaletti has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Strodov is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Scaletti off and has taken his back!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Strodov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Scaletti is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Strodov has his hands clasped together but Scaletti extends an breaks Strodov's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Scaletti.
