The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farmer cracks a nice hook into Acton's ribs.
Farmer stuffs the takedown.
Farmer throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A combination from Farmer does no damage.
Acton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Farmer as he avoids it easily.

Farmer tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Horrible takedown by Acton or perhaps it was just good defense by Farmer which made him look bad.

A lazy left from Farmer finds it's target.

Farmer swings for the body but Acton moves out of range.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Acton misses with a takedown attempt - Farmer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Brock Farmer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A combination from Farmer does no damage.
Farmer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Acton gets the takedown into side control.
Farmer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Acton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Farmer wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Acton in side control lands a decent elbow.
Farmer is not content to let Acton control the position.
Farmer is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Acton is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Acton extends the arm and Farmer is forced to tap!
