Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Borisov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Slow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Borisov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Blunt - The Iron Maiden. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slow tries to score a power double leg takedown but Borisov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Slow somewhat.
Slow looks to land a combination. Borisov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Slow circles away from the clinch attempt.
Borisov swinging wildly here.
A punch lands to the side of Slow 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Borisov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Slow.
Borisov just misses with a punch to the body.
Borisov dips to his left and cracks Slow with an uppercut!

Borisov throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Slow just misses with a punch to the body.
Borisov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Slow's head backwards.
Slow takes one to the side of the head.
Slow misses with a straight left.
Slow shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Borisov pinned against the cage. Borisov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Slow takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Borisov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Borisov wants it to stay on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Borisov stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Borisov.
Slow looks gassed!
Borisov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Slow's efforts to push away.
Borisov lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Borisov lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Slow backwards.
Slow jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Borisov walks away with a smile on his face. Slow gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Borisov punishes Slow's body with a nice straight punch.
Borisov tests Slow's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Borisov tries to sprawl but Slow drives through with a takedown into half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ivan Borisov.
No luck for Slow with that takedown attempt.
Slow takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Slow shoots in and bounces Borisov off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Borisov seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Borisov has momentary wrist control but Slow slips an elbow through the middle.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Slow is wriggling around trying to escape.
