Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Angus McButticutty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Guerrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McButticutty comes to the cage accompanied by Queen and David Bowie - Under Pressure. Guerrero is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Borracho Te Recuerdo. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Angus McButticutty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gustavo Guerrero!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McButticutty is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Guerrero throws a predictable looking body shot
enabling McButticutty to counter with a crisp jab.
McButticutty looks to clinch
and Guerrero counters with a stiff right hand.
McButticutty moves in looking to clinch but Guerrero pushes him off.
McButticutty connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
McButticutty dips to his left and cracks Guerrero with an uppercut!
Guerrero swings widly with a right hand
and McButticutty makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Guerrero swings for the body but McButticutty moves out of range.
McButticutty tries to move into range but Guerrero moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
McButticutty tried to score with a low kick but Guerrero checks it.

Guerrero scores a takedown into full mount!
Guerrero landing punches.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Guerrero controlling the pace for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Guerrero won't let McButticutty get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Guerrero throws some wild stikes that McButticutty manages to avoid easily.
Guerrero looking to control and managing it successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McButticutty regains half guard.
McButticutty is staying active underneath Guerrero, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Guerrero is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and McButticutty defends it well.
McButticutty is trying to stand back up but Guerrero is controlling him
McButticutty knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Guerrero on the ground.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Guerrero takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Guerrero is nestled in close to McButticutty, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Guerrero is trying to control the action in half guard but McButticutty is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Guerrero is trying to work for a kimura but McButticutty is defending well.
Guerrero looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McButticutty with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Guerrero thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed McButticutty's head.
Well, if Guerrero is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guerrero maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! McButticutty could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Guerrero has cracked it and McButticutty is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Guerrero!
