Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sir Blocko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blocko tries a low kick but White avoids it.
White wants to clinch up but Blocko keeps it at a distance.
White uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Blocko.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Blocko circles away.

White changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blocko tries to avoid it but White manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blocko to the ground. Blocko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sir Blocko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike White.
Jab, jab by Blocko - just one landing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

White closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Blocko quickly recovers to half guard.

White is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Blocko tries to roll over but White keeps him under control.

Blocko manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blocko is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Blocko looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Blocko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but White can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

White avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

White trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

White drops back, looking for a kneebar! Blocko looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Blocko looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Blocko!
Blocko wants to control but White is keeping him busy.
White is working to avoid the ground and pound but Blocko connects with a decent elbow.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Blocko has hold of White's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! White tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Blocko cranks the arm and White screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from White, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
