Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Figgjo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Figgjo's entrance music is Edward Grieg. A fine choice. Jackson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Jellybones kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Cody Jackson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Figgjo tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range.
Jackson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Figgjo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jackson, pushing him back against the cage.

Jackson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jackson shoots in for a double leg but Figgjo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Figgjo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jackson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
