The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banks has a takedown stuffed.
Banks tries to bum rush Styles with a series of wild strikes but Styles uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Banks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Styles takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Styles throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Styles ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Banks moves away.
Some wild striking there from Banks.

Banks is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Styles's half guard.
Banks trying to advance position but Styles counters by regaining guard.
Styles looking to hit a scissor sweep but Banks is one step ahead there.

Banks loads up on a big right hand but Styles slips the punch.

Styles just misses with a punch to the body.
Styles lands a brutal head kick. Banks looks out on his feet and Styles throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
