The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Groove circles away from the clinch attempt.
A combination from Groove does no damage.
Henry shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Groove as he jumps to the side.
Henry fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Groove avoids it really well and circles away.
Horrible takedown by Henry or perhaps it was just good defense by Groove which made him look bad.
Kendall Groove has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Henry.
Groove defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Henry.
Henry fails to land the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Henry decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Henry passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Groove!
