Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herold Hassium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fox kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rammstein - Sonne (Clawfinger K.O. remix). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hassium shoots in and drives through. Fox sprawls well.
Hassium shoots in looking for a takedown. Fox tries to sprawl out of it but Hassium keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fox manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fox ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hassium shoots in and bounces Fox off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Hassium drops back looking for a leg! Fox is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fox manages to kick Hassium off! Hassium jumps back into Fox's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hassium changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fox tries to avoid it but Hassium manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fox to the ground. Fox escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

It looks like Herold Hassium has been cut.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hassium is breathing heavily.
Fox stalks Hassium and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hassium's face. Hassium staggers backwards, shaken.

Hassium throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fox's waist but Fox gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hassium off to one side.
